We are looking for professional, courteous, and driven individuals that meet the following requirements:
* Must be at least 18 years of age or older
* Must be a U.S. Citizen or foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
* No Criminal Record
* Possess a current TN guard license
* Possess a valid drivers license
* Reliable transportation
* Previous security experience, previous Law Enforcement and/or Military highly preferred.
* Pass background check, drug test, and any additional training required by site locations.
Skills Required:
* Ability to operate radios and any smart devices as required by the post directives
* Bi-lingual preferred
* Able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
* Able to meet physical requirements of the job, such as but not limited to crouching, reaching with hands and arms, walking, standing, and climbing stairs.
* Able to work in environments and under conditions that require carrying authorized weapons
* Training and qualifications in non-lethal weapons i.e. OC spray, Taser, Baton, handcuffs/restraining devices
* Be of good morals and integrity
Responsibilities and Duties
As Security Officer, you will
* Be responsible for the safety and security of the entire property and everyone in it.
* Conduct entry checkpoint by verifying IDs and log in visitors
* Seek out and respond to security problems, issues, concerns, and emergency situations to protect the assets and ensure the safety and security of guests and associates.
* Respond without hesitation to emergency alarms and calls for help, determine the course of action, and notify appropriate authorities when warranted.
* Patrol property areas, including parking lots, noting unusual circumstances or security concerns and taking appropriate action.
* Complete various security reports and forms for investigation, action and liability abatement, documenting loss or personal injury of guests or associates.
