Job Overview: Star Pro Security Patrol, Inc. is seeking a vigilant and responsible individual to join our team as an Unarmed Security Guard. The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients and their properties. The ideal candidate will possess excellent observation skills, strong communication abilities, and a dedication to ensuring the safety of others.
Responsibilities:

1. Patrol assigned areas on foot or by vehicle to ensure the security of premises.
2. Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to detect and respond to any suspicious activities.
3. Provide excellent customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by assisting with inquiries and directing them as needed.
4. Report any incidents, accidents, or unusual occurrences promptly to the appropriate authorities.
5. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure they are in proper working order.
6. Enforce company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations, to maintain order and safety.
7. Respond to emergencies such as fire alarms, medical incidents, or other crises, and take appropriate action to mitigate risks.
8. Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies and emergency responders when necessary.
9. Escort individuals off the premises when required, following established protocols and procedures.
10. Complete detailed reports documenting all security-related activities and incidents.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred but not required.
3. Must be at least 18 years old.
4. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
6. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
7. Physical ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
8. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
9. Certification in CPR and basic first aid is a plus.
