Start Dates: 1/6, 1/20 • 13•week contract • 40 hours per week • Day shifts • Potential for overtime • May be required to float to another location if necessary • Possibility for contract extension • No on•call requirement • Certifications required: BLS • Must have a valid MA LVN License • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Home Health Our client's location: Needham, Massachusetts • Home•based care • Scrub Color Requirement: Any color • PPE: To be determined • Pay Cycle: Sunday•Saturday • Must have experience with OASIS; Homecare Homebase (HCHB) preferred, but not required • Case types: Home Health • Patient ratios: 1:1 • Orientation will be provided at our client's location in Southborough Experience + Qualifications • Experience in home care•based roles • Familiarity with locations such as Newton, Watertown, Needham • Experience in Home Health and Hospice care.GQR Job ID #223401.
