Job Title: Summer Financial Analyst

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Summer Financial Analyst to join our finance team for a dynamic summer internship. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting while contributing to key projects. You'll work closely with senior analysts, providing insights that impact business decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports on key financial metrics
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Analyze market trends, investments, and company performance
• Support the development of financial models for decision-making
• Collaborate with finance team members on special projects
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
• Knowledge of financial statements and investment principles
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Internship or coursework in financial analysis is a plus

Compensation:

• $18 - $22 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
• Full-time internship for the duration of summer (10-12 weeks)
