We are looking for a Reservation Agent to handle all incoming reservation calls with efficiency and professionalism, be able to make reservations, cancellations and answer questions on rates, hotel facilities, services and special promotions.

Located at the base of Snow King Mountain, just a few blocks from downtown and 20 minutes from the Jackson Hole Airport, Snow King Resort Hotel boasts breathtaking views of the Teton Mountain Range and offers its guests a wide variety of . As Jackson's largest venue, Snow King Resort Hotel offers over 20,000 square feet of combined indoor and outdoor function space. Featuring 203 guest rooms and 85 vacation rentals (classic or luxury condos).
**Position Description & Job Responsibilities**
* Responsible for taking reservations and accurately inputting into the computer system.
* Answer inquiries of room rates, outlets and room locations.
* Interact with Front Office Manager on bookings.
* Activate manual system in the event of system downtime.
* Keep up to date with knowledge of phone system.
* Handle all guests' special requests in a professional manner.
* Post advance deposits and keep accurate records of deposits.
* Manage and ensure all 3rd Party Reservations receive payment in a timely fashion.
* Complete all necessary projects by the assigned times. Complete documents as directed and to specifications
**Formal Education and Job Related Requirements**
Pleasant speaking voice Excellent written and verbal skills. Must be able to type accurately (30 words per minute).

This position requires the employee to engage in frequent sitting, manual dexterity, near vision & hearing;
