Job Description
We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist-Part Time 15 - 18 hours / week in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The successful candidate will be a crucial part of our office operations, providing administrative support across various departments and managing the day-to-day office tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain a welcoming and organized office environment, including managing office supplies and equipment inventory
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and shipments efficiently
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leaders and departments such as accounting, marketing, brokerage, and property management
• Manage a multiline phone system, ensuring smooth communication within the office
• Coordinate company meetings and schedules, both in the office and via videoconference
• Oversee the maintenance of company files and the organization of the file room
• Assist in preparing letters, mailings, spreadsheets, and forms
• Manage databases for listing services and maintain mailing lists
• Oversee Broker Licenses, CEUs, and Insurance
• Coordinate food deliveries for group meetings
• Undertake any other relevant duties when needed.
