Overview:

Are you looking for a career where you can make a real difference? We are seeking a dedicated Senior Property Field Claims Adjuster to join our field claims team. In this role, you'll provide exceptional service to our clients through thorough investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and settlement of property claims. You'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, including drones for property inspections, and virtual claim handling software to guide our clients expertly through the claims process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Investigate and assess property claims to determine applicable policy coverage.
- Evaluate, negotiate, and settle claims efficiently and fairly.
- Communicate with insureds, claimants, and relevant parties to gather necessary information and provide clarity on the claims process.
- Conduct physical and virtual inspections of damaged property, prepare detailed estimates, and ensure compliance with policy provisions and liability.
- Utilize a mobile office/company vehicle for fieldwork and manage appointments effectively.

What We're Looking For:

- Multilingual skills are a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, Xactimate, and other claims estimating software.
- Strong understanding of residential and commercial construction techniques.
- Ability to work from home and use a company vehicle for fieldwork.
- Flexibility to work beyond normal business hours if needed.
- Valid driver's license and physical ability to handle inspections in various conditions.
- Capacity to lift and carry up to 50 pounds for roof inspections.
- Willingness to be available for catastrophic duty.
- Typically requires 7 years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education, and training.
