Responsibilities

  • Provide in-home and onsite personal training, creating and monitoring personalized exercise programs via the GYMGUYZ Fitness App.
  • Conduct reassessments, ensure client safety, and offer ongoing motivation and support. Educate clients on exercise techniques and healthy lifestyles.
  • Generate leads, develop client relationships, and meet sales targets while communicating the value of GYMGUYZ services.
  • Oversee team knowledge of training programs and equipment, promote community involvement, and foster a professional atmosphere.
  • Manage client data, schedules, and progress using computer skills and CRM systems. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and training sessions.

You May Be A Good Fit For This Role If You Have

  • Management experience in a gym setting.
  • A background in corporate fitness; experience in the tech industry is a plus!
  • A proven track record of increasing revenue month-over-month.
  • Experience managing a team of 20 or more trainers.
  • Reside within 30 minutes of the 95112 area code

Qualifications

  • Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM)
  • CPR/AED certification.
  • Previous sales experience in the fitness industry.
  • 3-5 years of management experience in the fitness industry including managing people.
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for health and fitness.
  • Willingness to travel daily for work and possess a dependable vehicle.

Compensation: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour
