Job Description

Primary Responsibility:
We are seeking skilled welders to perform MIG, TIG, or Flux Core welding, layout, tacking, fabrication, and assembly tasks for the manufacture of various products according to specified requirements.
Shift:

• Multiple shifts and hours

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Execute MIG welding as per product specifications, working with both round and rectangular components.
• Read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and other written instructions and diagrams to complete tasks.
• Ensure compliance with QC standards and product specifications.
• De-bur and grind metal surfaces to achieve the required texture.
• Adhere to welding safety procedures and utilize provided PPEs.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required.
• Welding certification from a recognized technical institute or trade school is highly desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
• Proficiency in using welding equipment and related tools effectively and safely.
• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Experience with electrical or manual tools (grinders, saws, squares, calipers, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Welding certification is a plus.
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. individually and heavier items with a team lift.
