Job Description
We have immediate laborer positions open that offer the ability to advance within the company. Job duties include prepping the walls for the installation of the insulation, drilling into the mortar joints, cleaning the walls and patching the holes. You will also be taught how to run the insulation gun to assist in the installation. The majority of our work is here in the Phoenix metro area, but we do occasionally travel out of town for jobs, so you must be able to go out of town some. When we go out of town, you meet up here in Mesa, load the trucks and then take the trucks out of town. You are not required to drive your vehicle anywhere but here to the place of business in Mesa. Reliable transportation to and from the Mesa location is a must have, and you are required to have a valid AZ Driver's License, and a clean MVD to advance. We mainly do commercial work, but we also do residential as well. We have been in business for 28 years, and we have a steady flow of work ready jobs. We offer competitive pay, and benefits after 90 days. All applicants are ran through EVerify. Masonry/Construction Experience not needed, but it is a plus.
