Job Description

The Social Impact Marketing Manager serves as the campaign lead and account manager on a select portfolio of impact clients. This individual develops marketing strategies, maintains client relationships, ensures deliverables are met on time, and maintains oversight for the entire project life cycle.

You will shape the strategic direction of select accounts with an understanding of the tactics necessary to achieve campaign goals. The Marketing Manager will work alongside a cross-functional team in order to deliver on client expectations and shape unique cultural narratives. This role will work closely with our clients, partners, and communities in Los Angeles County focused on making services and programs more accessible and engaging.

Key Responsibilities
  • Management of marketing campaigns, workstreams, and deliverables
  • Support in the development of social impact strategies and tactical approaches
  • Create and manage project timelines and workflows against program deadlines
  • Work across stakeholders on messaging to test and inform creative
  • Review all deliverables for accuracy and quality standards
  • Ensure full client reporting and project recaps are delivered in a timely manner

About You

  • Passionate about making change locally and nationally through a community-focused lens
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, to take direction, to receive feedback, and to execute tasks accordingly
  • Event/Art Production experience a plus
  • 4 - 6 years of relevant experience in a marketing/account management role
  • Superior time management skills and the ability to multi-task and seamlessly move from project to project
  • High-level of organization and attention to detail
  • Solid client facing experience with the ability to tailor communication to both internal and external teams, ideally with nonprofit for government partners
  • Experience with Google Suites
  • Based in Los Angeles County, California

Requirements
  • 4 - 6 years of relevant experience in a marketing/account management role
  • Superior time management skills and the ability to multi-task and seamlessly move from project to project
  • High-level of organization and attention to detail
  • Solid client facing experience with the ability to tailor communication to both internal and external teams, ideally with nonprofit for government partners
  • Experience with Google Suites
  • This role is primarily remote however the candidate must be located in Los Angeles County, California with the ability to attend events as needed
Benefits
  • Competitive Salary 85,000 - 95,000
