Description DESCRIPTION: The mission of the Foundation to Combat Antisemitism (FCAS) is to win the hearts and minds of non-Jews and Jews through powerful positive messaging and partnerships, motivating and equipping them to be defenders of and upstanders for Jews. FCAS focuses on spreading the Blue Square and associated programs to spur action by people of all backgrounds. Working with a network of partners, FCAS leverages unique monitoring technology to drive effective rapid response to Jewish hate and all hate, in addition to proactive programs that galvanize popular support for the Jewish community.
SUMMARY: The Marketing Manager will oversee FCAS's mass media advertising campaigns with multiple agencies and will be accountable for managing the marketing campaigns and agency relationships.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Manage day to day relationships with multiple agencies and media partners to execute and deliver campaigns across channels.
- Participate in integrated strategic planning, collaborating with social media, PR and creative teams to define and deliver short- and long-term goals.
- Independently develop creative strategies and approaches to meet the needs of a variety of audiences from donors and partners to consumers.
- Own campaign reporting and prepare and present regular updates to FCAS team and executive leadership about campaign development, progress and performance.
- Build and evolve the consistent "voice" of the Foundation's advertising and other external communications.
- Collaborate across the organization and FCAS leadership to ensure messaging and channel alignment.
- Manage selection and hiring, professional development, employee relations, functions training, performance evaluations and work assignments. Operates as a role model for the team providing clear and concise direction and coaching for continuous improvements. Collaborate with Human Resources on training, hiring and employee relations issues.
- Special projects and assignments as business dictates.
- Responsible for the maintenance, creation and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by any Confidentiality or Privacy Standards or Company Policies that you have access or knowledge of, including but not limited to any state or federal regulations including HIPAA.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, advertising, public relations, or related discipline
- 5 or more years of Marketing experience and experience managing advertising agencies
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to effectively coordinate content across multiple platforms and deadlines.
- Creative, highly organized, with the ability to prioritize, and work well against tight delivery timeframes.
- Must have attention to detail and focused concentration.
- Must be able to learn new tasks and complete tasks independently.
- Must possess strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and responsiveness.
- Must be able to make timely decisions in the context of the workflow.
- Must be able to adhere to process protocol and must be able to apply established protocols in a timely manner.
