Job Description
The legal nurse assists the law firm's attorneys in review of records from nursing homes, assisted living facilities, hospitals, and physicians in the defense of civil litigation cases. In addition, the nurse assists the attorney in issue spotting and creating issue folders and assists in the development of case theories and strategies.
