Overview Nakuuruq is seeking a General Clerk Typist to work in the Northern Capital Region (NCR) in support of a program supporting the Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR). Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to contracts.
• Perform data abstraction, data entry, and internet searches.
• Typing letters, forms, and reports.
• Support creating documents and presentations.
• Edit various documents.
• Transcribe documents.
• Take meeting notes.
• Data and filing system management.

Qualifications

• High school degree and in the process of completing a Bachelor of Art (BA) or Bachelors of Science (BS) in a relevant field.
• 0-2 years of experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of programs including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Must be able to pass an HHS Public Trust background check.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft SharePoint.
