About the Role:

Were on the hunt for a dedicated Family Law Attorney to join our clients legal team. This role offers a unique opportunity to litigate family law matters from start to finish including custody visitation support protective orders and other aspects of Divorce Domestic Violence and Paternity cases . Youll manage your own cases while providing support to other attorneys on complex cases. If youre passionate about family law and have 3 years of experience we want to meet you!

Your Mission:

• Litigate family law matters from start to finish including custody support and divorce cases.
• Conduct research draft legal documents and prepare for court hearings.
• Attend depositions mediations and hearings to advocate for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients outside attorneys and staff.
• Manage billable hours and ensure all case management aspects are properly handled.
• Provide compassionate and knowledgeable communication to clients regarding complex legal matters.

Core Competencies:

• Family Law Expertise : Proven experience managing family law cases including custody divorce domestic violence and paternity.
• Client Communication : Ability to communicate with compassion and knowledge ensuring clients feel supported throughout their legal journey.
• Litigation & Research : Expertise in legal research drafting and presenting cases in court.
• Organization & Time Management : Strong skills in prioritizing tasks managing cases and tracking billable hours.

What You Bring:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Family Law .
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar .
• CFLS certification or eligibility is a plus.
• Excellent research writing and analytical skills.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be a United States citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be licensed to practice law in California .
