The eBilling Manager oversees the eBilling team, managing personnel, workflow, and team development. They ensure quality control, coordinate new implementations, and maintain efficiency across billing platforms such as BillBlast, eBilling Hub, and Aderant.

Job Details
Provide updates on eBilling to management.
Manage reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
Administer BillBlast and eBilling vendor platforms.
Oversee client transitions, matter setups, timekeeper approvals, budgets, and appeals.
Monitor eBilling transactions to ensure accuracy and policy compliance.
Develop strategies to enhance workflow.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing inefficiencies.
Respond to eBilling inquiries and serve as a liaison between teams.
Lead and develop a team of 5-10 eBilling specialists.
Strong understanding of legal eBilling and platforms (BillBlast, Aderant, Elite).
Knowledge of LEDES billing formats.
Leadership skills with a focus on personnel and process improvement.
Strong project management and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Bachelor's degree preferred; 5+ years of progressive eBilling experience in a law firm required.
