Job Summary: Operates institutional vehicles which transport packages, material, and/or personnel in a pick up and delivery capacity to support university transportation needs.
SHOW (Survey of the Health of Wisconsin) is a population health research study that conducts recruitment and study visits throughout the state of Wisconsin. This position would assist in transporting supplies and equipment between study sites, assist in setting up those sites, and transport biological samples collected at these appointments back to SHOW offices in Madison.
Hours will vary week to week, and are anticipated to average 5-10 hours/week, mostly on Mondays and Fridays.

Responsibilities: Operates institutional vehicles which transport packages, material, and/or personnel in a pick up and delivery capacity to support university transportation needs.
* 70% Picks up and delivers freight to and from internal and external affiliates as directed
* 10% Operates vehicles and other equipment; and navigates vehicular, pedestrian, and bicycle traffic in congested roadways, driveways, alleyways, and parking lots
* 10% Unloads, stages, inspects, and inventories freight to ensure accuracy and acceptable condition according to established rules and regulations
* 5% Inspects, maintains, and repairs vehicles daily based on established requirements
* 5% Identifies and reports damaged equipment and products to the appropriate entities

-Must have clean driving record
-Must be willing to drive SHOW minivan
-Must be responsible, reliable and timely
-Ability to lift 50 lbs
