Role Overview: As a Patient Services Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our patients. This full-time position offers competitive pay, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Warmly greet and welcome patients into the practice

- Check patients in and out

- Schedule and confirm patient appointments

- Verify and update patient information, including health history and insurance details

- Enter and manage patient data in practice software

- Answering Phones

- Handle patient needs via phone and text

- Reschedule appointments as needed

Qualifications:

- Strong patient-focused approach

- Excellent customer service skills

- Proficient phone etiquette

- Detail-oriented and organized
