Job Description

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and looking to make a positive impact in a remote role? We're seeking a dedicated Data Entry/Administrative Assistant to join our team! In this role, you'll help keep our operations running smoothly by accurately processing financial transactions, assisting with administrative tasks, and collaborating with our internal teams to ensure everything is on track.

What You'll Be Doing:
Accurately process high volumes of financial transactions and maintain records in our system.
Handle data entry tasks related to cash applications, including posting payments and reconciling accounts.
Ensure all transactions comply with internal policies and procedures.
Work closely with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues with payments.
Assist with additional administrative tasks to support the team as needed.
What We're Looking For:
At least 1 year of experience in a data entry or administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Clear and effective communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
