SalesBizLab  We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to maintain and update our company databases accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will ensure that data remains up-to-date and error-free, supporting various departments in their data needs. This role is essential for keeping our records organized, accurate, and accessible.

Job: Full time

Monday to Friday

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$1100 - $1250 weekly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Atlanta, GA

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, verify, and update information into various databases and systems with high accuracy.
• Review data for errors, correct any inaccuracies, and troubleshoot issues.
• Retrieve and organize data for team members as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data entry standards.
• Organize and file records systematically to ensure easy retrieval.
• Support administrative tasks, such as scanning documents, filing, and organizing records.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with data entry software/tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently and maintain a high level of accuracy.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
