Job Title: Ballet School Administrator (Part-Time)

Join the Queen City Ballet Team and become an integral part of our vibrant and dynamic

organization! We are currently seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support our

operations during the academic school year and summer. The work schedule is generally,

Monday through Thursday, from 1:00 PM to 6:30 PM during the academic school year (Sept-

May). Summer months require morning hours generally 8:00-1:30.

Weekly Hours: 20-30 hours per week

Salary based on experience. Starting at $11.00-$18.00 per/hour based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
• Maintain accurate and organized records, both physical and digital
• Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
• Utilize computer skills for tasks such as data entry, scanning, and emailing
• Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
• Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for various administrative tasks
• QuickBooks experience is a plus
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects and tasks
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Follow instructions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to providing excellent customer

service

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in general office skills, including organization and attention to detail
• Experience with telephone etiquette and basic computer skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel; Basic Bookkeeping skills preferred
• QuickBooks experience is a plus
• Excellent teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with others
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to follow directions and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated strong work ethic and commitment to providing excellent customer service
