Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related Science or Mathematics field. Also requires 5 years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience. As an Advanced Network Integration Engineer for the USW-DSS program, you'll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for integration of software components, across multiple operating systems (Windows and Linux), hardware configurations (physical and virtual, including networking) and software packages. What you’ll experience: A fast-paced integrated product engineering team, including representatives from multiple contracting organizations and DoD laboratory entities. Work will involve integration and test of distributed, net-centric system-of-systems with specific needs on the Navy’s Undersea Warfare Decision Support System (USWDSS) program Opportunities to gain new knowledge - as it’s discovered What sets you apart: Experience with Windows and Linux based operating systems. Experience with Infrastructure as Code processes and provisioning (i.e. Terraform, Ansible) Experience with Container/Container Orchestration software (i.e. Docker, Kubernetes) Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques to resolve application, network or data issues.
